A note to our TMBI Families
Submitted By Christie Nunn on Wednesday, April 29, 2020
Hello to all of our TMBI players & families,I hope this letter finds all of our TMBI players & families safe and well!
This year Covid-19 has put TMBI in a predicament that we have no control over.Typically at this time of year TMBI executive members are frantically preparing for and finalizing everything that needs to be done for the start of a season.TMBI follows guidelines and regulations from not only Federal and Provincial governments but also from Baseball Ontario and the town of Tillsonburg.

Due to these regulations that have been set upon us we will not be able to
start the season in typical fashion or dates as we have in the past.

Please be advised that as soon as the governing bodies allow us to do so, we
still plan to have as much of a season as we are allowed to have.  This
includes our local league and Rep teams.

We are so excited to get a season up and running but will only do so if it
is safe for all.

We encourage everyone that would like to play ball this year to please
complete our online registration before May 1st, so that when the
regulations allow us to play we can be prepared to do so.

As far as payment for registration is concerned we will temporarily suspend
any further payments until we know for sure whether a season is possible. If
you have already completed your payment transaction we appreciate it very
much and no further action is required at this time.

If however, we are not able to get a season in we will be offering a full
refund or a credit towards next year (your choice).

These options will be offered to you once we know if we play or don't play
ball this year.

In the meantime, TMBI would like to encourage all players to practice with
someone in your household in your backyard just to make sure you're ready
for when the season starts.

In the meanwhile...if anyone has any questions, please don't hesitate to
reach out to any one of our executive members and ask. We will be happy to
help with whatever we can.

Stay safe & healthy!
