TMBI Registration Refund Policy
TMBI registration refunds will only be processed following written request, including the reason for the refund, to the TMBI Registrar.
Registration fees will be refunded using the following schedule:
By April 30th - 100%
By May 31st - 60%
By June 30th - 40%
After June 30th - 0%
The refund request must be received by the TMBI Registrar, in writing, by the cut-off date listed above in order to qualify for the corresponding refund percentage amount.
The TMBI fundraising fee will not be refunded, regardless of the timing of the refund request. Fundraising tickets can be sold to recover the cost or can be filled out and returned to TMBI for inclusion in the draw.
Late fees collected for registrations after April 1st will not be refunded in the event that a refund is subsequently requested.
The parent or guardian who originally registered the player must submit the refund request, in writing, to the TMBI Registrar.
Registration fees paid by cheque will be confirmed as cleared prior to initiating the refund process.
Once the refund request is processed, a cheque for the applicable refund amount will be mailed to the parent or guardian who originally registered the player using the address provided on the player registration form.
The TMBI Registrar will respond to all refund requests, via email, confirming whether or not the request qualifies for a refund, the refund amount and the status of the refund.
