Congratulations Tillsonburg 15U Tier 1
Congratulations to the 15U Tier 1 Tillsonburg Old Sox team on winning the 15U OBA B Championships this weekend!
The Otters played great baseball throughout the weekend starting with an extra innings win against a very strong Lasalle team. After wins against Stratford and Simcoe on Saturday, the Otters lost their first game on Sunday to a solid squad from Beamsville, leaving Beamsville, Lasalle and Tillsonburg battling for the title. The Otters held on to beat Beamsville in the semi final 9-8 setting up a rematch with Lasalle in the final. The Otters showed their determination in the final, playing a solid game of pitching and defence, besting Lasalle 5-1.
Congratulations to all of the Otters players: Mitchell Hayward, Aiden Klassen, Sam House, Paxton Bale, Tye Cooper, Brodie Seitz, Cohen Schott, Odin Oatway, Liam Nunn, Noa Black, Nathan Gaitens, Brendan Vandenneucker, Brody VanRybroeck.
