Hot Weather Warning Tips
Tillsonburg Minor Baseball would like to remind all of our players to:
Stay Hydrated: Don't forget your water bottle: Bring lots of water
Drink plenty of water even if you don't feel thirsty
Take Breaks: Take a break when you need one in a shady area to allow the body to cool
down
These are some great reminders for our players, coaches and umpires during these heat warnings.
